A jog-in-place cardio move that raises the heart rate while dynamically stretching and firing the hamstrings.

How to do a Butt Kicks

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart and elbows bent.
  2. Flick one heel up behind you toward your glute.
  3. Quickly alternate, kicking the other heel up as the first lands.
  4. Pump your arms and stay light on the balls of your feet.
  5. Keep your torso upright and hips facing forward.
