A high-intensity climb that torches the legs and lungs while training power through the glutes and quads.

How to do a Stair Run

  1. Start at the base of a staircase with a hand near the rail for safety.
  2. Drive up the stairs one step at a time, pumping your arms.
  3. Push through the whole foot and keep your chest up.
  4. Walk back down slowly and under control to recover.
  5. Repeat for the work interval, staying alert to your footing.
