Bicycle Crunch

Core Intermediate

A rotational crunch pedaling the legs while touching elbow to opposite knee, targeting abs and obliques.

How to do a Bicycle Crunch

  1. Lie on your back with hands behind your head and knees lifted over your hips.
  2. Curl your shoulders up and press your lower back into the floor.
  3. Rotate to bring one elbow toward the opposite knee as you extend the other leg.
  4. Switch sides in a smooth pedaling motion, twisting from the waist.
  5. Keep your neck relaxed and move with control rather than speed.
