A plank-based cardio move that drives each knee toward the opposite elbow to hit the obliques hard.

How to do a Cross-Body Mountain Climber

  1. Start in a high plank with hands under your shoulders and body straight.
  2. Brace your core and keep your hips low and level.
  3. Drive one knee across your body toward the opposite elbow.
  4. Return it and quickly switch, pulling the other knee across.
  5. Keep the shoulders stacked over the wrists and pick up the pace.
