Mountain Climber

Core Intermediate

A dynamic plank move that drives the knees toward the chest, blending core stability with a cardio burn.

How to do a Mountain Climber

  1. Begin in a high plank with hands under shoulders and body in a straight line.
  2. Brace your core and keep your shoulders stacked over your wrists.
  3. Pull one knee in toward your chest without lifting your hips.
  4. Switch legs quickly, driving the other knee in as the first returns.
  5. Continue alternating at a steady pace, keeping your back flat.
