An advanced move folding the body into a V by lifting straight legs and torso to meet over the hips.
How to do a V-Up
Lie flat with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
Brace your core and simultaneously lift your torso and straight legs.
Reach your hands toward your feet, balancing on your hips in a V shape.
Lower your arms and legs together with control back to the floor.
Keep the movement smooth; bend the knees to make it easier.
