How to do a Plank Shoulder Tap
Start in a high plank with hands under shoulders and feet hip-width apart.

Lift one hand and tap the opposite shoulder, then return it to the floor.
Repeat on the other side, alternating hands with control.
Keep your hips square to the floor and resist any twisting.
