Plank Jack

Full body Intermediate

A plank held while the feet jump in and out, blending core stability with a cardio kick.

How to do a Plank Jack

  1. Set up in a forearm or high plank with a straight body line.
  2. Brace your core and keep your hips level, not sagging or piking.
  3. Jump both feet out wide, then jump them back together.
  4. Keep the upper body still and steady as the legs move.
  5. Step the feet in and out instead of jumping to scale it down.
