An explosive plyometric jump that spreads the limbs into a star shape to build lower-body power and cardio.

How to do a Star Jump

  1. Start in a quarter squat with your arms tucked in.
  2. Explode straight up, spreading your arms and legs out into a star shape.
  3. Reach the limbs wide at the top of the jump.
  4. Pull everything back in as you descend.
  5. Land softly with bent knees and immediately sink into the next crouch.
