An explosive plyometric lunge that switches legs mid-air to build single-leg power, balance, and cardio.

How to do a Jumping Lunge

  1. Start in a split stance with one foot forward and both knees bent.
  2. Lower into a lunge until both knees reach about 90 degrees.
  3. Explode straight up and switch your legs in the air.
  4. Land softly in the opposite lunge with knees bent to absorb impact.
  5. Keep your chest tall and continue alternating without pausing.
