Burpee Broad Jump

Full body Advanced

A burpee that replaces the vertical jump with an explosive forward leap, adding power output and travel.

How to do a Burpee Broad Jump

  1. Perform a full burpee: squat, kick back to a plank, push-up, and hop the feet in.
  2. Instead of jumping up, swing your arms and leap forward as far as you can.
  3. Land softly in a squat with bent knees to protect them.
  4. Steady yourself, then place your hands down for the next burpee.
  5. Repeat, traveling forward with each rep as space allows.
