How to do a Jumping Jacks

  1. Stand tall with feet together and arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Jump both feet out wide while sweeping your arms out and overhead.
  3. Jump the feet back together as the arms return to your sides.
  4. Keep a soft bend in the knees and land quietly on the balls of your feet.
  5. Repeat in a steady, bouncy rhythm.
