A high-intensity vertical jump that pulls both knees to the chest, building explosive power and core control.

How to do a Tuck Jump

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and sink into a quarter squat.
  2. Jump straight up as high as you can.
  3. Pull both knees up toward your chest at the peak of the jump.
  4. Release the legs and extend them for landing.
  5. Land softly on the balls of your feet with bent knees, then repeat.
