Jump Squat

Legs Advanced

An explosive plyometric squat that builds lower-body power, elevates the heart rate, and develops fast-twitch strength.

How to do a Jump Squat

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and core braced.
  2. Lower into a squat, hips back and chest up.
  3. Explode upward, driving through your feet and extending fully.
  4. Land softly on the balls of your feet, rolling to flat.
  5. Absorb the landing by bending your knees back into a squat.
  6. Flow immediately into the next rep.
