How to do a Bodyweight Squat

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out.
  2. Brace your core and push your hips back as you bend your knees.
  3. Lower until thighs are roughly parallel to the floor, chest up.
  4. Keep knees tracking over your toes, heels planted.
  5. Drive through your heels to stand tall and squeeze your glutes.
