How to do a Sumo Squat

  1. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width, toes angled out about 45 degrees.
  2. Brace your core and keep your chest lifted.
  3. Bend your knees and sink your hips straight down.
  4. Track your knees out over your toes as you lower.
  5. Descend until thighs are near parallel to the floor.
  6. Drive through your heels and squeeze your glutes to stand.
