Seal Jack

Full body Beginner

A jumping-jack variation that claps the arms in front at chest height, adding extra chest and upper-back work.

How to do a Seal Jack

  1. Stand with feet together and arms extended straight out in front at shoulder height.
  2. Jump the feet out wide while opening the arms straight out to your sides.
  3. Jump the feet back together as you sweep the arms forward to clap in front.
  4. Keep the arms at chest height the whole time, not overhead.
  5. Land softly and keep a steady rhythm.
