A flowing move that walks the hands out to a plank, adds a push-up, and walks back, building shoulders while stretching the hamstrings.

How to do a Inchworm to Push-Up

  1. Stand tall, hinge at the hips, and place your hands on the floor.
  2. Walk your hands forward until you reach a strong high plank.
  3. Perform one controlled push-up with elbows tucked.
  4. Walk your hands back toward your feet, keeping legs as straight as comfortable.
  5. Stand up and repeat, moving with steady control.
