A push-up with feet elevated to shift load onto the upper chest and shoulders for a tougher pressing challenge.

How to do a Decline Push-Up

  1. Place your feet on a sturdy chair and your hands on the floor under your shoulders.
  2. Straighten your body into one firm line and brace your core.
  3. Bend your elbows to about 45 degrees and lower your head and chest toward the floor.
  4. Press back up until your arms are straight.
  5. Keep hips from piking so the tension stays on your upper chest.
