A dynamic move that stretches the hamstrings then loads the core and shoulders as you walk out to a plank.

How to do a Inchworm Walkout

  1. Stand tall, then hinge at the hips and place your hands on the floor.
  2. Walk your hands forward until you reach a straight-body plank.
  3. Hold briefly with your core braced and hips level.
  4. Walk your hands back toward your feet, keeping the legs as straight as comfortable.
  5. Roll up to stand and repeat.
