A face-up crawl on hands and feet that fires the triceps, glutes, and core while challenging coordination.

How to do a Crab Walk

  1. Sit on the floor with knees bent and hands planted behind you, fingers pointing back.
  2. Press through your hands and heels to lift your hips off the floor.
  3. Keep your torso roughly level, chest open, and hips high.
  4. Step forward or backward with an opposite hand and foot at a time.
  5. Keep the movement controlled and your shoulders away from your ears.
