A pressing move off a chair edge that isolates the triceps while the shoulders and chest assist the lockout.

How to do a Tricep Dip

  1. Sit on a chair edge and grip the front with hands beside your hips.
  2. Slide your hips off the edge with your feet out in front of you.
  3. Bend your elbows straight back to lower your hips toward the floor.
  4. Stop around 90 degrees at the elbow, then press up to straighten your arms.
  5. Keep your shoulders down and back, and elbows pointing behind you.
