Upper body Beginner

A beginner-friendly push-up with hands raised on a surface, reducing load to build pressing strength in the chest and arms.

How to do a Incline Push-Up

  1. Place both hands slightly wider than shoulders on a sturdy chair or counter.
  2. Walk your feet back so your body forms a straight line, core braced.
  3. Bend your elbows to about 45 degrees and lower your chest toward the edge.
  4. Press through your palms until your arms are straight again.
