Upper body Advanced

A wide, unilateral push-up that loads one arm at a time, building the single-arm strength that leads to one-arm push-ups.

How to do a Archer Push-Up

  2. Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line.
  3. Lower toward one hand by bending that elbow while the opposite arm extends straight.
