Knee Push-Up

Upper body Beginner

A scaled floor push-up performed from the knees, teaching pressing mechanics while easing the load on chest and triceps.

How to do a Knee Push-Up

  1. Kneel and place hands slightly wider than shoulders on the floor.
  2. Walk your knees back so your body forms a straight line from head to knees.
  3. Bend your elbows to roughly 45 degrees and lower your chest toward the floor.
  4. Press back up until your arms straighten.
  5. Keep your core tight so your hips do not sag.
