A seated or standing pulling move that trains the back and biceps using a band anchored in front of you.

How to do a Resistance Band Row

  1. Sit or stand and loop the band around a sturdy anchor at chest height.
  2. Hold an end in each hand with arms extended and a slight bend in the knees.
  3. Pull your elbows straight back, drawing the handles toward your lower ribs.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the end of the pull.
  5. Extend your arms slowly back to the start and repeat.
