How to do a Lateral Shuffle

  1. Stand with feet wider than hip-width and sink into a quarter squat.
  2. Push off the trailing foot to shuffle a few steps toward the lead side.
  3. Stay low with your chest up and weight in your heels.
  4. Keep the feet from touching so you stay springy and controlled.
